Email is the fastest way to reach us and the channel that reaches everyone on the team. Include your order number if you already have one; it saves a round trip and usually gets you a real answer instead of a request for more details.
Write to iamaoldboss@gmail.com. We answer within one business day and often the same afternoon. Messages that arrive over a weekend are picked up on Monday morning Mountain time, and messages that arrive on a US public holiday are picked up the next business morning.
For a problem with an order, tell us the order number, which piece is affected, and what went wrong. A photograph helps enormously with anything damaged in transit: with a picture of the item and the outer box we can send a replacement or issue a refund without asking you to repack a broken mirror and carry it to a carrier office.

Phone is best for the questions you have while still deciding: how tall a lamp stands with the shade on, whether a mirror is heavy enough to need a stud, how two finishes look beside each other. For anything that needs a written record, such as a return or a refund, email suits both of us better.

This is our mailing and registration address, not a retail store. There is no showroom here and no stock kept on site, so please do not travel to it expecting to shop. Returns go to the address printed on the return instructions we email you, which may differ from the registered address; always use the address on the instructions.
Hours and response times
Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain. One business day is our standard reply time for email, and we hold to it even in the weeks before a holiday. If a question needs us to measure something or open a case with a carrier, we tell you that in the first reply rather than going quiet while we work on it.
Before you write
Most questions already have a written answer. The FAQ covers ordering, sizing, hanging and bulbs. The shipping policy covers rates, handling time, delivery windows and parcels that go missing. The returns and refunds policy covers conditions, timing, who pays return postage and how refunds are issued.
There is no contact form on this site. These pages are static files with no server behind them to receive a submission, so a form would either silently fail or be dishonest about where your message went. Email and phone are the two real channels, and both reach the same small team.
